No. Participants open the event gallery link or scan the QR code in their phone browser. 9Pic FaceFind works from the browser, so guests can search with a selfie without installing an app.

Photo Management

You can upload photos directly through the web dashboard, sync from Google Drive or Dropbox, or use 9Pic Uplink for faster desktop uploads. For large events, we recommend setting up upload access before event day so photographers can send files as coverage comes in.

Yes. Multiple photographers can upload to the same event using 9Pic Uplink or approved upload workflows. The organizer can review and manage everything from one event gallery.

For event uploads, high-resolution JPG or JPEG files are recommended for the best 9Pic FaceFind and 9Pic BibTrack results. 9Pic Uplink supports JPG/JPEG images and MP4 video, and photos are optimized for web viewing after upload.

Photo storage duration depends on your plan. Pay-as-you-go events include 1 year of cloud storage, while Pro and Enterprise setups can include extended storage. You can download event files before the storage period expires.

Yes. Event galleries can use privacy controls such as restricted links and password protection. For sensitive events, you can also use 9Pic BibTrack for bib or name lookup without face biometrics. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Organizers can download event photos while the event storage period is active. Download originals and processed galleries before expiry, or renew storage if you need the gallery to remain available longer.

Billing & Sales

9Pic AI pricing is based on the number of photos processed, with optional upgrades for professional branding, 9Pic Certify, and enterprise needs. The per-photo plan includes 9Pic Uplink, 9Pic Stamp, 9Pic BibTrack, and 9Pic FaceFind. See current plans on the pricing page.

Yes. Pro and Enterprise setups can include your logo, event branding, custom email settings, and a custom domain such as photos.yourevent.com. Review branding options on the pricing page.

Yes. You can use 9Pic AI only for photo hosting, upload workflows, search, sharing, and delivery. 9Pic Checkout is an add-on for selling high-resolution downloads, not a requirement for hosting an event gallery.

Yes. 9Pic Checkout lets Enterprise customers sell event photos from the gallery. Buyers can pay online and receive high-resolution, watermark-free downloads immediately after purchase.

9Pic AI does not take a platform commission on photo sales. With 9Pic Checkout, payments go directly to your connected Stripe account where applicable, subject to payment processor fees.
