Sub-processors

A sub-processor is a third-party company that processes data on our behalf when we provide 9Pic AI to event organizers, photographers and participants. This page lists the sub-processors we use, what each one does, and where it processes data. Read how we handle personal data in our Privacy Policy.

Card details are entered with our payment partners. 9Pic AI does not store your full card number.
Photo sales
When an event organizer sells photos through 9Pic Checkout, the payment goes to the organizer's own account with a payment provider the organizer chooses. That provider works for the organizer, so it is not listed here.
2. How We Use Sub-processors
- Only what each job needs. Each provider receives only the data it needs to do its part of the service.
- No advertising use. We do not permit our providers to use event information for unrelated advertising.
- Encryption. Data is encrypted in transit between 9Pic AI and every provider.
3. Changes to This List
We update this page when we add or replace a sub-processor, and change the "Last Updated" date at the top.
