You're charged ₹1.5 for each photo uploaded and processed with our AI. This includes 9Pic Uplink (uploads), 9Pic Stamp (watermark), 9Pic BibTrack (BIB search), 9Pic FaceFind (selfie search), and 1 year of cloud storage. There is no mandatory subscription or minimum photo count — you pay purely for what you use.
No. Whether you have an event with 50 photos or a marathon with 500,000, we do not require any minimum commitment. We believe in true pay-as-you-go pricing that scales with your project.
Pro is an optional annual subscription ($200/year) designed for organizers who want professional branding. It unlocks a custom domain (e.g., photos.yourevent.com), 9Pic Certify badges, custom SMTP for emails, and extended 2-year storage. Core AI search features work perfectly without Pro.
By default, every project includes 1 year of global CDN storage. You can extend this via the Pro plan (2 years) or Enterprise arrangements. Before photos expire, you'll receive notifications to renew or download your data.
We accept all major credit cards, UPI, and bank transfers worldwide. For Enterprise clients, we offer flexible invoicing and net payment terms.
AI credits operate on a pay-as-you-go model and are strictly non-refundable once purchased or used. For Pro and Enterprise subscriptions, payments are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to set up your custom domain due to technical reasons on our end.
