You're charged ₹1.5 for each photo processed with our AI. This includes 9Pic Uplink (uploads), 9Pic Stamp (watermark), 9Pic BibTrack (BIB search), 9Pic FaceFind (selfie search), and 1 year of cloud storage. There is no mandatory subscription or minimum photo count. You only pay for what you use.
Neither. You're charged per photo processed: each photo uploaded and AI-tagged. Once a photo is processed, participants can search, view, and download it unlimited times at no extra cost. There are zero charges for selfie searches, BIB lookups, or photo downloads.
No. Whether you have an event with 50 photos or a marathon with 500,000, we do not require any minimum commitment. We believe in true pay-as-you-go pricing that scales with your project.
Pro is an optional annual subscription ($200/year) designed for organizers who want professional branding. It unlocks a custom domain (e.g., photos.yourevent.com), 9Pic Certify badges, custom SMTP for emails, and extended 2-year storage. Core AI search features work perfectly without Pro. Business is a yearly plan ($350/year, 365 days) with every product feature. It includes everything in Pro, plus live photo sales with 9Pic Checkout through your own payment account, original photo storage, sales tax settings, a purchase webhook, white-label buyer emails, and developer API keys. 9Pic takes no cut of your photo sales. Photo AI is $0.02 per photo processed. You can buy Business yourself from the dashboard.
Business already includes every product feature. Enterprise is Business plus work we tailor for you: custom SSO, custom pricing, SLAs, and industry-specific workflows. Enterprise is not self-serve, so talk to us to scope it.
By default, every project includes 1 year of global CDN storage. You can extend this via the Pro or Business plan (2 years) or an Enterprise arrangement. To keep photos online longer, upgrade your plan or contact us before your storage period ends.
We accept all major credit cards, UPI, and bank transfers worldwide. For Enterprise clients, we offer flexible invoicing and net payment terms.
AI credits operate on a pay-as-you-go model and are strictly non-refundable once purchased or used. For Pro, Business, and Enterprise subscriptions, payments are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to set up your custom domain due to technical reasons on our end.
