Talk to SalesSpeed-First Media Ingestion
Eliminate upload bottlenecks before they start.
The problem
Traditional browser uploads are slow and unreliable at scale. Manual culling and single-stream transfers delay delivery to participants who want their photos now.
How 9Pic solves it
9Pic Uplink uses multi-threaded acceleration to ingest media 10x faster than standard drives. Multiple photographers can upload simultaneously from the desktop app, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox.
The AI Processing Powerhouse
Every photo is indexed, every face mapped, every bib read.
What happens behind the scenes
The moment media lands in your workspace, 9Pic runs AI analysis in the background. FaceFind maps every face for selfie search. BibTrack reads alphanumeric bib numbers. Motion indexes video timestamps for near-real-time clipping. Stamp applies smart watermarks that avoid covering faces.
Seamless & Secure Gallery Sharing
One branded link, full privacy control, timeline context, zero participant data harvested.
Professional branding
Host galleries on your own custom domain with your brand colors, logos, and palette. Pro customers get a fully white-label experience that looks like their own product.
Frictionless access
Participants open their photos instantly via a link or QR code with no login required and no account creation. You choose the access model: open, password-protected, or restricted to specific attendees.
Timeline-ready gallery structure
For multi-day events, galleries can be organized around the real event flow: day one, day two, session, venue, race segment, ceremony, or upload batch. This gives participants a faster way to browse and gives organizers a cleaner way to audit coverage.
Privacy-first by design
No email addresses or phone numbers are harvested from attendees. Galleries can be restricted to specific participants so photos stay in a controlled environment.
Instant Discovery
The participant experience: browse by timeline, then find your photos in under one second.
Timeline plus three discovery engines
Participants can first choose the day, session, or moment they remember, then find their content through selfie search (FaceFind), bib number lookup (BibTrack), or video timestamp search (Motion). All results are served from a single branded link shared via QR or SMS.
Organizer sorting for large galleries
Event teams can sort the gallery by day, session, upload batch, or coverage window before publishing. That makes multi-day conferences, races, festivals, schools, and tournaments easier to review while the event is still active. Read the event photo timeline guide for the detailed workflow.
Engagement and fulfillment
Once a participant finds their content, they can view auto-generated highlight reels (Flow), receive personalized digital certificates (Certify), and purchase or download high-resolution versions instantly through Checkout.
