Host event photos on your brand — not someone else's URL
9Pic AI is the AI event photo and video platform for organisers, photographers, and agencies. Participants find photos with a selfie or bib number. You keep the gallery on your domain, with your logo, and sell when you want to.
These pages explain platform capabilities people search for — white-label hosting, custom domains, and more — so you can decide if 9Pic AI fits before you book a demo.
No credit card to try · Pay per photo processed for AI search · Pro unlocks custom domain
Why branding on photo links matters
After a race or event, participants share gallery links for days. If that URL and logo belong to a vendor they have never heard of, your brand loses the moment — and sponsors notice.
Without white-label
- ×Generic vendor domain in every SMS, email, and QR code
- ×Sponsor logos fight third-party chrome
- ×Agencies cannot resell delivery under their own name
With 9Pic AI on your domain
- ✓photos.yourevent.com (or a branded platform subdomain)
- ✓Your logo, theme, watermarks, and certificates
- ✓AI face & bib search still works for every participant

Quick answers
No. Operators set domains and branding from the dashboard. Custom domain needs a simple CNAME at your DNS provider — or start with a platform subdomain that needs no DNS.
Yes. Start on Pay As You Go with AI search on the default platform domain. Upgrade to Pro when you need a custom domain and creative tools. AI search is still billed per photo processed. See Pricing.
If branding is why you are here, open white-label. For private albums, see password-protected galleries. For international fields, see multilingual client galleries. To understand the full stack, start at How it works or Pricing.
