If you sell photos
On 9Pic, sales use a zero platform commission model: connect Stripe, and payment settles into your account. You keep the sale (minus your processor’s normal fee only, with no 9Pic cut). At real sales volume, that difference compounds fast versus any platform that keeps a share of every download.
If you shoot at scale
Large races mean tens or hundreds of thousands of files. 9Pic is designed for that load: fast bulk upload (Uplink), AI indexing for selfie and bib search, and galleries that stay usable when the volume is huge, so participants find results faster and you spend less time in manual workflows.
What 9Pic charges (so nothing is confusing)
- Photo sales: zero platform commission. Integrate Stripe → money lands in your account. No 9Pic cut of the sale price.
- Payment processor: you still pay Stripe’s (or your local provider’s) standard fees. That is not a 9Pic fee.
- AI hosting & search: pay as you go for processing (about $0.03 per photo processed for upload, watermark, FaceFind, BibTrack, and storage; see pricing). Optional Pro is a separate annual brand add-on.

If I sell a lot of photos, why does that matter?
When sales volume is high, a platform that keeps a share of every download gets expensive quickly. With zero platform commission, that share stays with you. At scale you typically keep far more of photo revenue than on a commission-based sell mode. Always model your own GMV; we don’t restate other vendors’ commission rates on this page so nothing is mixed up with 9Pic’s fees.
Can you add a local payment provider for my country?
Yes. Stripe works in many markets. If you need a regional processor, contact us with your country. We are happy to integrate the right provider (including markets such as Mexico, Argentina, and the US).
Is Photohawk a weak product?
