When you use our selfie-based photo search feature:

• You explicitly consent to the processing of your facial biometric data
• Your selfie is used solely to match you with photos from the event
• Facial embeddings are securely stored and encrypted
• You can request deletion of your biometric data at any time
• We do not use your biometric data for any purpose other than photo matching

3.3 Bib Number Recognition

Our OCR technology automatically reads bib numbers from race photos. You acknowledge that:

• Bib number recognition accuracy depends on photo quality
• Some photos may not be successfully tagged
• You can manually correct any misidentified bib numbers

3.4 Service Limitations

Our AI services have certain technical limitations:

• Photo search results are typically available within 2-24 hours after upload
• AI accuracy may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and angle
• Service availability depends on our infrastructure and processing capacity
• We reserve the right to limit processing capacity during peak times

4. Digital Certificates and Videos

4.1 Digital Certificate Generation

Our 9pic Certify service generates digital certificates for event participants. You agree that:

• Certificate templates are customized based on event organizer specifications
• Certificates are generated automatically using participant data
• We are not responsible for errors in participant data provided by organizers
• Certificates may include QR codes for verification purposes

4.2 AI-Generated Videos

Our personalized video generation service creates custom videos from event photos:

• Videos are created using your uploaded photos and event data
• You retain ownership of your original photos used in video generation
• We grant you a license to use the AI-generated videos for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Video generation may take up to 24-48 hours depending on processing queue
• We may use anonymized video generation data to improve our AI models

4.3 Content Usage Rights

AI-generated content may include:

• Event photos compiled into highlight reels

5. Photo Purchases and Payments

9Pic AI facilitates photo purchases through our 9pic Checkout service:

• Photo prices are set by event organizers
• All photo sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that we suspect to be fraudulent

5.2 Digital Downloads

• Purchased photos are available for download in high resolution
• Download links are valid for the duration specified by the event organizer
• We are not responsible for lost download links due to user error
• Multiple downloads may be available depending on the purchase package

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are subject to the event organizer's policy. Contact the event organizer directly for refund requests.

6. Event Organizers and Photographers

If you are an event organizer or photographer using our Services, you additionally agree to:

• 9Pic AI charges platform fees as specified in your agreement
• Payouts are processed according to the payment schedule
• You are responsible for applicable taxes on your earnings

7. Consent and Agreement Mechanisms

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services

• AI processing inaccuracies or failures
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Delays in photo processing, video generation, or certificate delivery
• Technical limitations of AI recognition systems
• Loss or corruption of uploaded content
• Errors in event information provided by organizers

Our AI services are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in photo recognition, tagging, or video generation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 9Pic AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload to the Services

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
