You're charged ₹1.5 for each photo uploaded and processed with our AI. This includes 9pic Uplink (uploads), 9pic Stamp (watermark), 9pic BibTrack (BIB search), 9pic FaceFind (selfie search), and 1 year of cloud storage. No monthly fees — pay only for what you use.
Enterprise plan gives you a complete white-label solution: your own custom domain, full branding control (homepage, logo, colors), your Google Analytics / tracking setup, 100K photo storage included, result hosting, and unlimited free certificates. AI photo tagging is charged at the same ₹1.5 per photo rate as Pay As You Go.
9pic Certify (certificates) is ₹3,000 per event for unlimited certificates. 9pic Flow (videos) starts from ₹30 per participant and can change depending on requirements. Both add-ons can be added to any plan. Enterprise customers get unlimited certificates included for free.
Yes! You can upgrade to Enterprise at any time. We'll help migrate your existing events and set up your custom domain and branding. Contact our sales team to discuss the transition.
Your photos remain accessible for one year from the upload date. Before expiry, you'll be notified to either renew storage or download your photos. Enterprise plans can include extended or multi-year storage options.
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers. For enterprise customers, we also offer flexible payment terms and invoicing options.
