Sub-processors ============== Last Updated: October 26, 2026 A sub-processor is a third-party company that processes data on our behalf when we provide 9Pic AI to event organizers, photographers and participants. This page lists the sub-processors we use, what each one does, and where it processes data. Read how we handle personal data in our [Privacy Policy](/privacy/). 1. That provider works for the organizer, so it is not listed here. 2. How We Use Sub-processors ---------------------------- - **Only what each job needs.** Each provider receives only the data it needs to do its part of the service. - **No advertising use.** We do not permit our providers to use event information for unrelated advertising. - **Encryption.** Data is encrypted in transit between 9Pic AI and every provider. 3.
