There is no mandatory subscription or minimum photo count — you pay purely for what you use. Are there any minimum commitments? No. Whether you have an event with 50 photos or a marathon with 500,000, we do not require any minimum commitment. We believe in true pay-as-you-go pricing that scales with your project. What is Pro and do I need it? Pro is an optional annual subscription ($200/year) designed for organizers who want professional branding. It unlocks a custom domain (e.g., photos.yourevent.com), 9Pic Certify badges, custom SMTP for emails, and extended 2-year storage. Core AI search features work perfectly without Pro. How long are photos stored? By default, every project includes 1 year of global CDN storage. You can extend this via the Pro plan (2 years) or Enterprise arrangements.
