[Pay As You Go](/pricing/) charges per photo processed. Pro and Business are yearly plans for teams that run events all year and want every tool on hand. If you run one event a year, neither fits well. You do not want a yearly plan full of tools you will open once, and you want to know the full cost before the event, not after the photos are processed. Custom fixes that. You get one event and the features you need, for one agreed price. Who it is for ------------- - **Annual races**: a city marathon, a charity run or a cycling sportive that happens once a year. - **Yearly gatherings**: a conference, a trade show or a company offsite. - **School and club events**: a sports day, a graduation or an anniversary celebration. - **Festivals and one-time events**: a community festival or a launch event that will not repeat soon. In each case the organiser knows roughly how many photos the photographers will shoot, and needs only a few features. Selfie search and a clean gallery may be enough. Others add bib search, certificates or photo sales. How the price is set -------------------- 1. **Tell us your expected photo count.** A rough number is fine, such as 5,000 or 40,000 photos. Your photographers can usually estimate it from last year. 2. **Tell us which features you want.** For example, [FaceFind](/products/facefind/) selfie search, [BibTrack](/products/bibtrack/) bib search, [Certify](/products/certify/) certificates or [Checkout](/products/checkout/) photo sales. 3. **We quote one price.** The quote covers your event, your expected photos and the features you chose. It also sets a per-photo rate for any photos above your estimate, so you know the cost before the event day. 4. **We set up your account.** Our team moves your organisation to the Custom plan. You then create your event and upload photos in the dashboard as usual. Once it is set up, the Plan page in your dashboard shows Custom as your current plan, along with how many events it includes. Custom or another plan? ----------------------- ### Choose Custom You run one event a year, you know roughly how many photos to expect, and you want a fixed price for the features you need. ### Choose Pay As You Go You want to start on your own today, with no call, and pay only for the photos you process. ### Choose Pro or Business You run several events a year and want every tool available for each one. When it is used, the Create event page in the dashboard shows an "Event limit reached" message with a link to contact us. Tell us about the next event, such as next year's edition, and we can add it to your plan. If you find you are running events more often than once a year, ask us whether Pro or Business would now cost you less. FAQ --- ### Can I switch to Custom myself in the dashboard? No. Custom is not sold in the dashboard. Our team agrees the price with you and then sets the plan on your organisation. ### What if I get more photos than I expected? You are never blocked. Photos above your estimate are charged at a per-photo rate agreed in your quote, so you can keep uploading and processing on event day. ### Do participants see anything different? No. Participants use the same event gallery and search as on any other plan. ### Can I add a second event later? Yes. Contact us and we can add more events to your plan.
