You need a ChatGPT account and a 9Pic AI account. What the plugin does -------------------- The plugin connects ChatGPT to your existing 9Pic AI account. You see the organisations you belong to and your role in each, then work on their events in plain language. It is the same set of event tools that Claude, Grok and Meta Muse already use through our MCP server, now listed and reviewed in the ChatGPT directory so you do not need to paste a server URL. - **Events**: list, create and rename events, and update gallery settings. - **Photos**: add a shared folder as a photo source, import photos and check processing progress. - **Processing**: preview the photo count and credit usage, then start after you confirm. - **Publishing**: publish a processed gallery, or move it back to draft. - **Plan and analytics**: check your current plan, credits and limits, and estimated gallery engagement. How to connect it ----------------- 1. Open the [9Pic AI listing](https://chatgpt.com/plugins/plugin_asdk_app_6ac23532dd8c8191a44fc3f42b4e9d3e) in ChatGPT. 2. Choose to connect it. ChatGPT opens the 9Pic AI sign-in page. 3. Sign in with the account you use for the 9Pic AI dashboard and approve access. 4. Back in ChatGPT, ask “List my 9Pic AI organisations.” If you belong to several organisations, ChatGPT asks you to choose one before it changes anything. If your sign-in expires, reconnect 9Pic AI and sign in again. Workspaces managed by an admin may need the admin to allow the plugin first. Try these prompts ----------------- - “List my 9Pic AI organisations.” - “Show my events in this organisation.” - “What is the photo processing status for this event?” - “Preview processing these photos and show the credit usage.” Built to ask before it acts --------------------------- We kept the same rules for ChatGPT as for every other assistant: - Processing always starts with a preview of the photo count and credits. Nothing is spent until you confirm. - Publishing makes a gallery available to participants.
